Nick earned his JD from the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Nick served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Karoline Mehalchick of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and as a legal intern in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Northern District of West Virginia.
