Eckert Seamans’ Boston Office Welcomes Corporate Member Eric I. Asquith

National law firm Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome Eric I. Asquith as a Member in the Corporate practice group. He joins the firm’s Boston office from Rath Young Pignatelli.

Asquith brings extensive experience assisting national and regional companies on energy and infrastructure transactions, with a particular focus on the acquisition, development, financing, and sale of renewable energy projects across the United States. His practice includes representing sponsors, developers, and investors in complex project transactions involving solar, wind, and other renewable assets, including due diligence, project structuring, and closing.

In addition to his transactional practice, Asquith has previously represented clients in commercial, employment, and complex multi-party tort litigation matters, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on risk assessment and deal execution. He holds a J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law and a B.S. from Fairfield University.
