Overview
Mitchell Horner brings broad litigation experience across commercial disputes, construction defects, personal injury, landlord–tenant issues, and criminal defense. He appeared before the New Jersey Superior Court and the Appellate Division, where he has successfully argued a variety of motions.
Mitchell’s legal career began while he was in law school, interning for the Hon. Thomas C. Miller, J.S.C. (ret.) and the Delaware Office of Defense Services’ Post Disposition Juvenile Advocacy Program, drafting pleadings for personal injury firms, and working as a Certified Legal Intern for the Chester County (P.A.) District Attorney’s Office where he gained valuable experience establishing criminal liability during preliminary hearings in front of various magistrate judges. While in law school, Mitchell was a member of the Widener Law Review as well as the Moot Court Honor Society in addition to being a Fellow in the Academic Success Program where he helped provide academic guidance to first and second-year law students.
