Henry Noye focuses his practice on high‑exposure litigation involving catastrophic loss, product liability, and complex commercial disputes. He represents corporate, commercial, and industrial clients in Pennsylvania state and federal courts, including manufacturers, healthcare systems, financial services providers, real estate owners and developers, and other business entities.
Henry has significant experience defending companies in automotive product liability matters and automobile accident litigation involving serious injury and wrongful death, as well as in cases involving professional liability and other complex tort claims. He advises clients throughout all phases of litigation, from early risk assessment and strategic planning through dispositive motion practice, mediation, and trial. His work frequently involves coordinating defense strategy, developing efficient resolution pathways, and managing litigations with substantial financial and operational exposure.
In addition to his litigation practice, Henry regularly counsels clients on risk mitigation and dispute‑avoidance strategies and is a frequent presenter on emerging litigation trends and risk management issues for claims professionals and business leaders.

- Successfully defended global retailer in litigation alleging design defects related to products sold or distributed by the company, including securing dismissal based upon contractual obligations.
- Secured dismissal of strict liability and negligence claims, via dispositive motion for national industrial products manufacturer.
- Secured dismissal of all claims asserted in federal litigation against commercial lender via summary judgment.
- Secured withdrawal of all claims asserted against commercial business owner in Philadelphia County personal injury death case after protracted discovery failed to uncover any evidence of breach on the part of client.
- Successfully represented both Petitioners and Respondents in actions brought under Pennsylvania’s Act 135, the Abandoned and Blighted Property Conservatorship Act, which allows neighbors, nonprofits, or municipalities to petition courts to take control of neglected properties for rehabilitation and productive use.
