National law firm Eckert Seamans advised Gerson & Gerson, Inc. on the sale of its Bonnie Jean® girls’ dress business to iApparel Brands LLC. Established in 1970, Bonnie Jean has been a trusted name in children’s apparel for generations, known for its timeless designs and quality craftsmanship. The transaction also included other Gerson & Gerson brands, further strengthening iApparel’s portfolio in the children’s fashion market.
