Overview

Justina Nzegwu focuses her practice on civil litigation, including complex liability disputes, insurance defense, and general litigation matters. She has experience drafting dispositive motions, conducting legal research, managing discovery, and assisting with trial preparation. Justina regularly advises clients on litigation strategy and coordinates large-scale document review and production.

Before joining private practice, Justina served as a legal extern with the New Jersey Office of Attorney General’s Office of Public Integrity & Accountability, supporting criminal and civil investigations and participating in conviction review assessments. Her experience includes clerkships and internships with Liberty Mutual, the New York State Supreme Court, and the University of Hartford, as well as prior paralegal roles in New York law firms.
