Eckert Seamans Welcomes Corporate Attorney Erika Miller to Philadelphia Office

National law firm Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome Erika M. Miller as an Associate in the firm’s Corporate practice group. She joins Eckert Seamans’ Philadelphia office from Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP.
Miller focuses her practice on corporate law and real estate transactions, representing financial institutions, real estate developers, and investors, as well as private clients. She has experience assisting with due diligence and reviewing contacts related to financing, real estate, corporate reorganization, and M&A transactions. Miller also has negotiated transactional documents including loan agreements, security investments, purchase and sale agreements, and commercial leases. She holds a J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Miami.
