Eckert Seamans Welcomes William Schwab to New York City Office as Mass Tort Litigation Associate

National law firm Eckert Seamans welcomes William Schwab as an Associate in the Mass Tort Litigation practice group. He joins the firm’s New York City office from Silverman Shin & Schneider PLLC.
Schwab supports the firm’s Mass Tort clients throughout all phases of litigation, including jury trials, arbitration proceedings, motion hearings, and discovery depositions. He also has prior experience assisting with trial preparation in insurance claim matters. Schwab holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. from Tulane University.
Attorneys in Eckert Seamans’ Mass Tort Litigation practice group are experienced in the defense of mass tort lawsuits arising from environmental and occupational exposure to chemicals and other substances. The practice group has served as national coordinating counsel for the defense of claims involving asbestos-containing products and other toxic substances, lead trial counsel in single and multiple-plaintiff cases, and joint defense counsel for multiple defendants.
