Super Lawyers Recognizes Eckert Seamans Attorneys Among 2025 Rising Stars in New Jersey

Michael A. Alberico and Janika Best, both attorneys at national law firm Eckert Seamans, have been named to the New Jersey 2025 Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in each state are selected as Rising Stars.
Super Lawyers, part of Thomson Reuters, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area.
Michael Alberico is a Princeton-based Member concentrating his practice on litigation involving commercial disputes and construction claims. He also has experience advising on municipal and land use law, business waivers, and risk management.
Janika Best is a Newark and Princeton-based Associate focusing her practice on mass tort litigation. She advises on matters involving catastrophic loss, product liability, premises liability, real estate, and Title IX litigation.
