Arlene Gharabeigie is a member of the Mass Tort Litigation Group, where she manages case portfolios from initiation to resolution. She drafts comprehensive legal documents and has successfully argued dispositive motions in both state and federal courts. In managing discovery for hundreds of cases, Arlene demonstrates expertise in document review and depositions while providing strategic counsel based on case and statutory law. Arlene served as a Senior Litigation Attorney at Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney for more than ten years, counseling clients on all aspects of commercial litigation.
Prior to her current role, Arlene’s diverse experience enriched her approach to litigation. As client success manager at Bazaarvoice, she secured a $1.1M social commerce deal while developing strong relationship management skills. Her subsequent positions as a luxury brand manager at Saks Fifth Avenue and as a legal recruiter provided valuable insights into client relationships, strategic planning, and law firm operations. This unique background combines legal acumen with business expertise, enhancing her ability to deliver strategic solutions for clients. Arlene also has prior experience serving as a legal recruiter, sourcing and interviewing attorney candidates for AmLaw 100 firms and in-house placements.

A New York City native, Arlene is an avid traveler who has traveled to 75 countries and spent 2 years living abroad in Paris. In her free time, Arlene loves all things food and wine and perennially awaits her next passport stamp. She is also a fan of FIFA soccer and long awaits the day the New York Knicks win another championship ring.
