Vincent’s government service included regular briefings with Cabinet members, governors, ambassadors, congressional leaders, and corporate executives.
A recognized energy and transactional thought leader, Vincent frequently appears as a television commentator and speaker. Vincent has delivered keynote addresses before prestigious organizations, including the World Energy Council, International Atomic Energy Agency, Chatham House of London, and the Center for Strategic International Studies.
