Overview
Francesca Spinelli focuses her practice on a broad range of commercial litigation matters.
Francesca previously worked in private practice in matrimonial and family law and served as a Court Appointed Attorney for individuals with lower incomes and as an Attorney for the Child. She represented adults and children in a wide range of family issues, including, divorces, custody and visitation, domestic violence, child abuse and neglect proceedings, and juvenile delinquent proceedings.
Prior to joining private practice, Francesca served as a legal extern for the Delaware County Register of Wills and Clerk of Orphan’s Court.
In law school, Francesca served as the president of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and actively participated in negotiation and client counseling competitions. She was also a member of the Drexel Estate Planning Clinic where she served low-income families in Philadelphia. Francesca also served as a volunteer at SeniorLAW Center in Philadelphia.

Francesca is an avid Penn State Nittany Lions fan and can be found cheering on her team any fall Saturday. She also enjoys cycling, pilates and running.
