Patrick Bornstein’s practice covers a broad range of business matters including general business law and aviation related matters. He represents Fortune 500 companies, privately held companies, and individuals in the sale, purchase, financing, and leasing of new and used aircraft and provides advice with respect to aircraft operations and compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations. He also advises on assets and loans in determining the most advantageous ownership structure for integrating an acquired aircraft into an existing entity structure, while also assisting clients with federal income tax planning, state sales and use tax planning, and regulatory compliance.
