Eckert Seamans Welcomes Stephen Kennedy as Financial Services Litigation Associate in White Plains Office

Stephen G. Kennedy has joined the White Plains, NY office of national law firm Eckert Seamans as an associate in the Financial Services Litigation practice group. He joins Eckert Seamans from Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, LLP.
Kennedy has advised on a wide range of litigation matters, including financial, auto liability, premises liability, and personal injury disputes. He has experience working on all stages of the litigation process, including drafting complaints, discovery demands, responses, and motions, attending discovery and pretrial conferences, preparing expert disclosures and jury instructions, and resolving matters at private and court-sanctioned mediations. Kennedy holds a J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.
