Eckert Seamans Welcomes Tax and Commercial Litigation Attorneys in Boston, Princeton Offices

National law firm Eckert Seamans has welcomed two Associates to the firm’s Boston and Princeton, NJ offices. Pavli Permeti joins the Boston office as an Associate in the firm’s Tax, Estates & Employee Benefits practice group, and Yvette Donaldson Brown joins the Princeton office as an Associate in the Commercial Litigation practice group.
Permeti focuses his practice on tax, corporate, finance, and employment law. He has extensive experience guiding clients through various corporate matters and financing deals, including international and domestic tax issues, business formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and financing solutions. Permeti holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, an MS in Finance from Suffolk University Sawyer Business School, and a B.S. in Accounting from Suffolk University.
Brown concentrates her practice on complex litigation matters, including general liability, mass casualty and insurance defense, corporate litigation, franchise litigation, ERISA, benefit plan litigation and health care litigation. She also has experience advising physicians, hospitals, and long-term care facilities on claims of medical malpractice, negligence, corporate liability, and fiduciary duty claims. Brown holds a J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School and a B.S. from New Jersey City University.
