Eckert Seamans Adds Andrew Rider as Mass Tort Litigation Associate in Boston

National law firm Eckert Seamans welcomes Andrew Rider as an Associate in the firm’s Mass Tort Litigation practice group. He joins Eckert Seamans’ Boston office from Crivello Nichols & Hall, S.C.
Rider represents insurance companies and their insureds against claims in federal, state, arbitration, and administrative proceedings involving toxic torts, construction disputes, personal injury claims, wrongful death claims, subrogation rights, property damage claims, strict liability claims, and municipal liability. He earned a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.A. from the University of Texas-Austin.
Attorneys in Eckert Seamans’ Mass Tort Litigation practice group are experienced in the defense of mass tort lawsuits arising from environmental and occupational exposure to chemicals and other substances.
