Nermeen Karyaquos

Overview
Nermeen Karyaquos is an associate in the Professional Liability Practice Group. She joins Eckert Seamans as an associate following her experience serving the firm as a summer associate in 2022. Nermeen focuses her practice on professional liability matters including defending professionals against claims of malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, negligence, and other claims of wrongdoing.
Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Nermeen worked as a victim advocate at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office for five years. This experience confirmed her lifelong aspirations of becoming an attorney. During her time in law school, Nermeen served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Sheila Woods-Skipper, administrative judge of the Orphans’ Court Division for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and was the Executive Editor of Membership and Inclusion on the Drexel Law Review.
