Eckert Seamans Celebrates 65th Anniversary with Founders Day Event

National law firm Eckert Seamans will celebrate its 65th Anniversary on January 31, 2023 during the firm’s annual Founders Day event. Founders Day is a celebration that honors the vision and leadership of the firm’s founding members, William H. Eckert, Frank L. Seamans, Carl Cherin, and Cloyd R. Mellott, while also recognizing the attorneys and staff who embody the core principals of Eckert Seamans and thank them for their years of dedication to the firm.
Eckert Seamans will commemorate the 65th Anniversary and this year’s Founders Day by awarding years of service awards to employees who celebrated milestone firm anniversaries in 2022, as well as making charitable donations in their names. In addition, the firm will bestow annual firmwide awards: The Smith Gordon Award, which recognizes an office that showcased acts of citizenship, philanthropy, and pro bono initiatives; The Founders Award, which is given to an individual who has demonstrated extraordinary character, service, leadership, unity, and innovation; and the Heart of the Community Award, which is given to an employee for their efforts in enriching the community through their time, skills, and resources.
