TSA ISSUES CIVIL MONETARY PENALTY ADJUSTMENTS FOR 2023

On January 12, 2023, the Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”) made its annual inflation adjustment for civil monetary penalties issued by several agencies, including Customs and Border Protection (“CBP”) and the Transportation Security Administration (“TSA”).
