The plastic used to make children’s toys, medical devices, clothing, electronics, household goods, consumer packaging and many other products could soon be regulated as hazardous waste. David Rockman and Jess Rosenblatt of Eckert Seamans’ Environmental practice were featured, in Construction Executive magazine, for their piece entitled “EPA to Consider Designating PVC as Hazardous Waste” regarding this proposed consent decree.
