Rachel D. Moss

Overview

Rachel Moss concentrates her practice in the area of mass tort litigation and products liability. Rachel serves as national coordinating counsel in asbestos litigation matters for a large manufacturing company. As national coordinating counsel, Rachel works directly with local counsel, experts, and corporate witnesses to develop uniformed defense strategies and solutions that are implemented across the country. In addition to serving as national coordinating counsel, Rachel serves as Massachusetts and Rhode Island local counsel in asbestos litigation for various equipment manufacturers and suppliers. As local counsel, Rachel participates in the defense of these clients in all stages of litigation. Rachel’s personable and transparent communication style allows her to defend firm clients with the goal of limiting potential liability and exposure.

Rachel serves as the Boston vice-representative to the Women’s Initiative at Eckert (WIE).
