Overview
Karlee M. Martin concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation, representing businesses and individuals in both the prosecution and defense of a broad range of claims. Her practice consists of litigating contractual disputes, business torts, coverage disputes, premise liability claims, professional liability claims and product liability claims. Karlee has also represented financial institutions and servicers in areas concerning consumer finance, real estate, and title litigation.
Karlee represents clients throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania state and federal courts. She has extensive experience in nearly all facets of litigation, including pretrial discovery, briefing and motion practice, and oral arguments. Karlee’s skill and experience allows her to troubleshoot effectively, provide risk management at the inception stage, and to handle legal disputes with ease.
Karlee serves as the firm’s Princeton representative for the Women’s Initiative at Eckert (WIE).

- Successfully defended clients in accident liability litigation, premises liability litigation and general liability matters.
- Represented companies in various contractual matters, including breach of contract disputes, commercial leases, non-compete agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
