Will C. Simmerson
Will Simmerson concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation, energy, telecommunications, and utilities. Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, he served as associate counsel at a Washington-based government affairs firm. During law school, he served as a legal intern for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and as an honors law clerk for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
