Todd H. Whilton

Overview

Todd Whilton focuses his practice on a broad spectrum of real estate development and finance transactions. He has negotiated, documented, and closed hundreds of real estate and finance transactions on behalf of lenders, borrowers, buyers, and sellers. He represents private, community, regional and national lenders in real estate, mezzanine, and commercial loan transactions; workouts; and foreclosures. He also represents developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and condominium associations in all aspects of property acquisition, management, operations, and sales. His practice includes the acquisition and development of residential subdivisions, residential and commercial condominiums, industrial properties, shopping centers, and apartment projects and office buildings. Todd can handle every aspect of the acquisition and development process, including the negotiation of complex purchase and sale agreements, land use permitting, financing, leasing, and sales.

Todd also has an active hospitality practice, representing purchasers, sellers, and operators in many of the real estate related aspects of the purchase, sale, and operation of hotels.
