Overview

Theresa Davis serves as an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group providing legal counsel in employment matters to private businesses. In addition, she represents public employers in management-side labor and employment issues, including hiring, termination, employee discipline, and contract negotiations. Theresa also assists municipal clients with grievance arbitrations and other employment-related litigation.

Theresa earned her J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth Law School. While there, Theresa was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, a student member of the James S. Bowman American Inn of Court, and an extern for The Honorable Karoline Mehalchick, Chief Magistrate Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
