Ren-Ann A. Wang
Ren-Ann A. Wang focuses her practice on commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters.
In her litigation practice, Ren-Ann has worked on the defense of product manufacturers and suppliers in product liability and personal injury matters, as well as in class action lawsuits. She has experience with researching complex product liability issues as well as drafting pre- and post-trial exhibits and court documents. She has also appeared at court conferences in commercial state court litigation.
In her bankruptcy practice, Ren-Ann focuses on chapter 9 and chapter 11 bankruptcies, and has experience in drafting plan modifications, claims settlements, and general restructuring matters. She has worked on contested matters in federal bankruptcy cases and has assisted with drafting complaints, motions, and discovery. She has attended court conferences and depositions in multiple adversary proceedings in connection with federal bankruptcy cases.
During her free time, Ren-Ann enjoys learning languages and has dabbled in (with varying degrees of proficiency) Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish. Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Ren-Ann interned at law firms in Japan and South Korea.
