Patrick T. Carlson

Patrick Carlson recently sat for the Pennsylvania bar exam (results pending).
He focuses his practice on various corporate matters, including assisting clients in forming, dissolving, acquiring, and selling business entities and navigating complex securities regulations.
During his course of legal studies, Patrick served as the Business and Operations Manager for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, Patrick served as a legal intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. There he gained an understanding of the regulatory framework and enforcement procedures that surround the securities industry. He also served as a law clerk in a small litigation firm in the greater Pittsburgh area.

Patrick is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins fan. He participates in the Allegheny County Bar Association co-ed slow pitch softball league and the NABA Men’s baseball league.
