Inder Deep Paul
Inder Deep Paul focuses his practice in the area of product liability litigation. He has experience in handling complex commercial transportation matters and in strategically advising commercial carriers on a broad range of issues surrounding litigation. Inder represents clients on matters related to product liability, including but not limited to, manufacturing and design defects, and breach of warranty. He also represents clients on matters of insurance defense.
Previously, Inder served as a Deputy Attorney General for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General in Harrisburg. As a Deputy Attorney General, Inder represented the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and its employees on a broad range of topics including Title VII claims, and civil actions for deprivation of rights under 42 U.S.C. 1983.
During his course of legal studies, Inder served as a student clerk for the Honorable John F. Cherry, Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas, and the Honorable J. Michael Eakin of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He also served as vice president of the Moot Court Honor Society, was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society, and a representative of the Student Bar Association. Inder won a national “Order of Barristers” award in 2016 for excellence in oral and written advocacy.
- Served as second chair in a federal jury trial defending Pennsylvania State Police troopers in a fatal “use of force” action.
- Assisted commercial transportation carriers by conducting “immediate responses” after motor vehicle accident for gathering and preservation of evidence.
