Immon Shafiei’s practice includes a broad array of civil litigation matters with a focus on products liability and commercial litigation. Immon represents multiple manufacturers, including manufacturers of automobiles, automotive component parts, consumer products, industrial equipment, and motorcycles. Immon is involved in all areas of case management and phases of litigation. Immon drafts pleadings, responds to discovery, prepares motions, prepares witnesses for deposition and trial testimony, retains and works with expert witnesses, and participates in trial preparation, trial and arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
During law school, Immon completed a co-op experience with the Honorable Judge Kugler in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He also competed in both Trial Team and Moot Court, where he and his team won both national trial team competitions and the Jessup International Moot Court Regional Rounds.
