Overview

Eric Brill focuses his practice on a broad range of commercial litigation matters.

During the course of his legal studies, Eric served as a legal intern in the U.S. Department of Education Office of the General Counsel. He assisted attorneys in the Divisions of Business & Administrative Law and Educational Equity with a variety of matters pertaining to employment litigation, procurement and Title VII and ADA violations. Eric also interned with the General Services Administration Office of the General Counsel. He assisted attorneys in the OGC’s General Law Division in offering legal advice and litigation services to all GSA service and staff offices, particularly in the areas of labor, civil rights and procurement.

While in law school, Eric was a member of the Moot Court and Alternative Dispute Resolution Boards. He was also a member of the Public Contract Law Journal, which published his Note on improving green public procurement practices in the Summer 2021 issue. He was also a Dean’s Fellow and Research Assistant for the Foundations of Lawyering program.
