Danielle M. Scalise
Danielle Scalise is an associate in the business division and focuses her practice on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Danielle served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Christine Ward of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas Civil Division.
While attending law school at Georgetown, Danielle served as an intern at the U.S. Department of Treasury and as a legislative research intern to United States Senator Robert P. Casey Jr. of Pennsylvania. She was also a finalist in the International Chamber of Commerce Mediation Competition in Paris, France, and the recipient of the Robert J. and Barbara A. Phelan Scholarship.
- Drafted and filed formation documents for tax exempt entities, including bylaws, articles of incorporation, licensing agreements, 501(c)(3) and District of Columbia non-profit tax eligibility filings. Advised an international nonprofit entity on developing public, private sector partnerships and digital marketing strategies.
