Overview
Daniel Abrams concentrates his practice in matters involving general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions. Daniel advises clients in all aspects of corporate governance issues and mergers and acquisitions across a number of industries, including healthcare, utilities and manufacturing. He also supports large corporate client in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including confidentiality, supply and distribution and other service agreements.
Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Daniel practiced at a boutique law firm outside of Philadelphia that specialized in business, real estate and healthcare law.

- Represented a medical education company in its $150 million sale to a private equity fund.
- Represented a medical education company in expanding its portfolio of operations through a series of acquisitions of complementary service providers.
