Brij Agarwal is skilled in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in numerous technical fields, with particular emphasis on the software, electronic, and mechanical arts.

Brij also has extensive experience with design patents, including pursuing many unique claiming strategies and successfully appealing rejections of design patent applications to the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. 

Prior to law school, Brij served as a systems engineer for a Fortune 500 Corporation, providing technical expertise in the implementation of engineering and manufacturing computer systems.
