M. Sean Maravich Joins Eckert Seamans in Philadelphia

Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome Member (partner) M. Sean Maravich to the firm’s Philadelphia office. He concentrates his practice on defending physicians, nurses, hospitals, and healthcare systems in all facets of litigation throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and various alternative dispute resolution formats, including mediation and arbitration.

Maravich has over 25 years of experience in medical malpractice defense, representing a diverse array of clients in complex matters involving claims of catastrophic injuries. He defends cases from inception through trial, developing strategies, and establishing pragmatic defenses.
Maravich joins Eckert Seamans from Burns White LLC and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He earned his J.D. from the Temple University School of Law (1992) and his undergraduate degree is also from Temple University (1989), summa cum laude.
