Eckert Seamans welcomes Will C. Simmerson to Washington office and Litigation Division

Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome associate Will C. Simmerson to the firm’s Washington, D.C., office and Litigation Division. He concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation, energy, telecommunications, and utilities. Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Simmerson served as associate counsel at a Washington-based government affairs firm. During law school, he served as a legal intern for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and as an honors law clerk for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Simmerson earned his J.D. in 2017 from Washington & Lee University School of Law, where he served as lead articles editor of the Washington and Lee Law Review. He earned his B.A. in 2011 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
