Eckert Seamans welcomes Richard Briansky to Boston office and Litigation Division

Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome member (partner) Richard Briansky to its Boston office and Litigation Division. He represents consumer financial services and construction clients in various types of litigation. He has extensive experience representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, developers, sureties, and financial institutions in complex construction, real estate, and general commercial disputes.

For over 15 years, Briansky has represented lenders, mortgage loan servicers, and government-sponsored entities in state and federal courts throughout New England. In the last four years, he has appeared and argued in six consumer finance-related cases before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, Vermont Supreme Court, and First Circuit Court of Appeals.

Briansky earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1996 and his B.A. from Clark University in 1993. He is a member of the Boston Bar Association; Massachusetts Bar Association; NAIOP, The Association for Commercial Real Estate; and Association of General Contractors.
