Eckert Seamans Welcomes Patrick Carlson

Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome Patrick T. Carlson to the firm’s Pittsburgh office. He focuses his practice on various corporate matters, including assisting clients in forming, dissolving, acquiring, and selling business entities and navigating complex securities regulations.
During his course of legal studies, Carlson served as the Business and Operations Manager for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. Before joining the firm, he was a legal intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where he gained an understanding of the regulatory framework and enforcement procedures surrounding the securities industry.
Carlson is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (2021) and an undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh (2018).
