Eckert Seamans welcomes Kristine E. Marsilio to Harrisburg office and Business Division

Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome associate Kristine Marsilio to its Harrisburg office and Business Division. She focuses her practice in the areas of hospitality and gaming law, and has extensive experience with administrative law matters.

Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, Marsilio served as an assistant consumer advocate in the Pennsylvania Office of Consumer Advocate, representing the interests of utility consumers before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and Commonwealth Court. She also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable P. Kevin Brobson of the Commonwealth Court.

Marsilio earned her J.D., cum laude, in 2013 from the Duquesne University School of Law, where she served as senior staff editor of the Law Review. She earned her B.S., magna cum laude, in 2009 from Ithaca College.
