Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome member Kelly Robreno Koster back to the firm’s White Plains office. Koster concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation. She represents corporate clients in intricate cases involving contract issues, in both individual plaintiff and class action lawsuits, and defends employers against claims related to discrimination, termination, restrictive covenants, FLSA classification, and statutory employee benefits. Koster also provides litigation-preventive counseling for employers by reviewing and drafting personnel policies, handbooks, and other employment documentation. Prior to rejoining Eckert Seamans, she served as general counsel of an international temporary staffing company in New York City.
Koster earned her J.D. in 2009 from American University Washington College of Law, where she served as editor of the American University International Law Review and was a member of Moot Court Honor Society. She earned her B.S. in 2006 from Cornell University. Following law school, Koster served as a law clerk to former Chief Judge Jose L. Linares of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
