Eckert Seamans Welcomes Inder Deep Paul

Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome Inder Deep Paul to the firm’s Philadelphia office. He focuses his practice on a broad range of product liability litigation matters.
Paul has experience in handling complex commercial transportation matters and strategically advising commercial carriers on a broad range of litigation issues. He represents clients on matters related to product liability, including but not limited to manufacturing and design defects and breach of warranty. He also represents clients on matters of insurance defense.
Previously, Paul served as a Deputy Attorney General for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. As a Deputy Attorney General, he represented the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and its employees on various topics, including Title VII claims and civil actions for deprivation of rights under 42 U.S.C. 1983.
During his legal studies, Paul served as a student clerk for the Honorable John F. Cherry, Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas, and the Honorable J. Michael Eakin of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He also served as vice president of the Moot Court Honor Society, was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society, and was a representative of the Student Bar Association. Paul won a national “Order of Barristers” award in 2016 for excellence in oral and written advocacy.
Paul is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Maryland and joins Eckert Seamans from Rawle & Henderson LLP. He earned his J.D. from the Widener University Commonwealth Law School (2016) and a B.A., with honors, from the University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University (2012).
