Eckert Seamans Welcomes Ashley Davoli

Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome Ashley Davoli to the firm’s Richmond, Virginia office. She focuses her practice on all aspects of complex commercial and business litigation matters.

Prior to joining private practice, Davoli served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Paul R. Wallace of the Superior Court of Delaware, where she focused on the Complex Commercial Litigation Docket. During her course of legal studies, she was a judicial extern for the Honorable Roderick C. Young of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Active in the profession, Davoli is a member of the Virginia State Bar Young Lawyer’s Division, where she serves as Co-Chair of the Women and Minorities in the Profession Committee, the Virginia Bar Association, Metro Richmond Women’s Bar Association, Delaware State Bar Association, and Defense Research Institute.

Davoli, who joins from Willcox & Savage, P.C., is admitted to practice in Virginia and Delaware and earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law (2016), where she served as the executive editor of the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology. She earned her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University (2013).
