Eckert Seamans Expands Mass Tort Litigation Practice with Arrival of Brett R. Powers

National law firm Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome Brett R. Powers to the firm’s Pittsburgh office as an associate in the Mass Tort Litigation practice group.
Upon graduation from law school, Powers served as Recoupment Counsel for Fidelity National Title Group, Sole Practitioner for his own private practice, and Associate Attorney for Sommer Law Group, PC. He served as Associate Attorney for Willman & Silvaggio, LLP prior to joining Eckert Seamans. Powers is a welcomed attorney addition in the Mass Tort Litigation Group, joining a team that is experienced in the defense of mass tort lawsuits arising from environmental and occupational exposure to chemicals and other substances.
Powers earned his J.D. from University of Iowa College of Law and B.A., summa cum laude, from University of Pittsburgh.
