A Status Update from CEO Tim Hudak and the Eckert Seamans Family

Over the last 19 months, we have tested and proven the strength of our Eckert Seamans team. Together, we successfully navigated the unprecedented challenges imposed by the pandemic while continuing to provide excellent, uninterrupted service to our clients. That said, we believe that a return to the office is critical for the long-term growth and success of the firm, to train and integrate our newest colleagues, and to re-establish the vibrant community that has enabled our culture of collaboration, mentoring, and teamwork to thrive. Fortunately, recent guidance from public health experts and the vaccination level of our firm-wide community positions us to move forward with the next phase of our return to the office. The firm has set October 18, 2021, as the return date for all lawyers and staff to establish a measure of routine physical presence in the office. We are excited about the safe level of interaction this flexible, hybrid work environment affords and supporting our colleagues in finding the mix that suits them, both professionally and personally.
We recognize that the pandemic is not yet behind us, and the coming months will (yet again) be a period of transition, requiring continued patience and perseverance. What remains the same is our commitment to putting the health and safety of our employees, clients, colleagues, and their families first. We will continue to monitor and adhere to public health guidance and recalibrate as necessary to keep our team as safe as possible.
