Eckert Seamans lawyers to present at the PBI’s 11th Annual Intellectual Property Law Institute

Three Eckert Seamans lawyers will be faculty presenters at the upcoming Philadelphia Bar Institute’s 11th Annual Intellectual Property Law Institute, which can be attended via simulcast in various locations throughout Pennsylvania.

Michael Ecker and Christina Frangiosa will co-present a session titled “How to Get Rid of Infringing, Proprietary and Just Plain Embarrassing Content on the Internet” at 1:30 p.m. on April 26.

Roberta Jacobs-Meadway, co-chair of Eckert Seamans’ Intellectual Property Group, will co-present a session titled “Extraterritoriality and the Globalization of Brands” at 1:10 p.m. on April 27.
