Our employee benefits attorneys are regularly involved in the design, implementation and administration of employee benefit plans, including qualified retirement plans, trust agreements, health and other welfare plans, deferred compensation arrangements, stock, stock option and other equity-based compensation arrangements.  Our attorneys provide assistance to a diverse range of clients including corporations, banks, trustees, insurers, plans and tax-exempt employers.
