Environmental Law

The attorneys in Southpointe are experienced in all areas of environmental law.  They have tried environmental cost recovery actions asserting federal and state statutory claims, as well as contractual and common law indemnity and tort theories. The attorneys have asserted cost recovery claims against the United States on behalf of private industry for environmental contamination caused during World War II. In addition, they participate extensively in the environmental aspects of acquisitions and divestitures, and routinely counsel clients on various environmental statutes and regulations.
