Mitch Bach receives Judge Pro Tempore Award for outstanding service

Mitch Bach
of the firm’s Philadelphia office was selected to receive a Judge Pro Tempore Award for outstanding service. Bach, who is co-chair of the Philadelphia – Wilmington Commercial Litigation Group, was recognized at an awards ceremony hosted by the Civil Trial Division of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania on February 10, in City Hall.
Bach focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and has extensive experience in a wide variety of civil matters including securities fraud, RICO, construction litigation, intellectual property litigation, environmental litigation, banking litigation, real estate litigation, and major commercial disputes. He is also highly skilled in the use of alternative dispute resolution techniques, having made innovative use of such cost-saving methods throughout his career, long before ADR achieved wide-scale recognition.
