Eckert Seamans welcomes Kevin Farrington to Philadelphia office

 Eckert Seamans is pleased to welcome Kevin Farrington to its Philadelphia office and professional liability practice group. He is involved in all areas of case management and phases of litigation – he drafts pleadings, prepares and responds to discovery, prepares motions, prepares witnesses for deposition and trial testimony, retains and works with expert witnesses, and participates in trial preparation, trial, arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations. Additionally, Farrington has worked on a number of complex catastrophic injury and abuse cases, and has experience in matters regarding premises liability, work-related construction accidents, defective products, and sexual assault and abuse.

Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, he was an associate at a Philadelphia-based law firm. During law school, he was a certified legal intern with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office where he gained valuable courtroom experience conducting numerous municipal court trials and felony preliminary hearings.

Farrington earned his J.D. in 2016 from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he served as an executive editor of the Drexel Law Review and was a member of the Drexel Trial Team. He earned his B.A. in 2013 from The Pennsylvania State University.
