Eckert Seamans Announces Election Results

The national law firm of Eckert Seamans Cherin and Mellott, LLC recently announced several changes in practice and office management as well as the election of two new board members.  Following are the results of the firm's annual elections: 

• John L. Talvacchia  has been appointed as the Chair of the Business Division in the Boston, Massachusetts office;
• Sandra R. Mihok has been appointed as the Co-Chair of the Tax, Estates and Benefits Group;
• Michael Busenkell has been appointed as the Member-in-Charge of the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office;
• Heidi B. Hamman Shakely has been appointed as the Member-in-Charge of the firm’s Harrisburg, Pennsylvania office;
• Dorothy A. Davis and Wendy West Feinstein (ex officio), both of the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office, are newly-elected members of the Board of Directors.
