Munley Joins Eckert Seamans in Philadelphia
Adds depth to Litigation and Labor & Employment Groups
The national law firm of Eckert Seamans Cherin and Mellott, LLC today
announced that Bernadine J. Munley will join the firm as a
member in its Litigation group in Philadelphia. Ms. Munley will join from
Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, where she was a partner in that
firm’s Litigation Department.
“In addition to her work in labor and employment, Bernie has spent time
litigating trademark matters,” said Tim Ryan, Chief Executive Officer of Eckert
Seamans. “She is a great addition to our Litigation
group.”

Ms. Munley is on the Board of Directors of the World Trade Center of Greater
Philadelphia, The Pennsylvania Ballet, the National MS Society, the Amoore
Group, and serves as secretary to the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Commission
on Women in the Profession.
Recently, Eckert Seamans announced the addition of Roberta Jacobs-Meadway and
Jay K. Meadway as members, who also have joined Eckert Seamans from Ballard
Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP.
